A Tree of Roses and Jasmine

My love for storytelling through my photos may be the reason behind my passion for expression and connecting with those around me. Nothing feels closer to me than telling my story like a book.

This series tells my journey—how I received the gift of life’s best blessings, and how the surprise came so close to a dream: that God blessed us with twin girls. I used to wonder what I would name them, and we named our noble blossom “Jasmine” after her rosy flower, a name that carries a beautiful resonance in our hearts. My wife couldn’t wait long before she shared the news with the family through a video, and my cousin announced it, followed by hugs and celebration.

As the due date approached, the waiting became intense. The pregnancy was risky for both my wife and the babies. One of the hardest moments was when my wife fell—but, thank God, she came through safely. We were blessed with a baby girl, and everything felt different. Our home was filled with joy. I continue to document their great love story. As for my mother and father’s joy—it was multiplied beyond measure.
